ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Individuals: Current USATF membership is required to compete. Proof of Birth (copy of birth certificate, passport, certified baptismal record, driver’s license, or U.S. government identification) is required and must be submitted prior to registration and participation.

Teams: Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must complete the team entry/declaration process during online registrations. Only athletes listed on the team declaration roster will be eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships.
High School Athletes: High school athletes must compete in the Association meet to advance to the Region 7 meet. There will be no waivers to the Region 7 meet.

all entries are due by Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 10:00 pm EDT.
Please do not wait until the last minute to begin your registration.
ENTRY FEES:
Individuals: $10.00 per athlete. Team: No additional charge
The online entry system accepts all credit cards, however USATF prefers VISA.
Accuracy of data entered is the responsibility of each club and/or athlete. Please validate data by reviewing your account prior to submitting each entry and by viewing the official entry list for accuracy . An instructional video on the online registration process may be viewed here.

TEAM SCORING
Team scoring is divided into five divisions for boys and five divisions for girls. The athlete’s year of birth shall determine the division in which the athlete shall compete.

# the two oldest age divisions (15-16 and 17-18) will be a combined (15-18) team division. These divisions will compete together in the same race and athletes will continue to compete in their 2-year division as a individuals.
8 athletes on the team entry/declaration form may be declared as scoring athletes. The top 5 finishers among the declared runners will score to determine the team's final score.
COMPETITION BIB NUMBERS
All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition, chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes starting at TBA at TBA.
EVENT RESULTS
During competition, event results will be posted at the concession stand. In addition, event results will be posted at www.indiana.usatf.org once finalized.
AWARDS
USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top fifteen individuals in each age division
ADVANCEMENTS
From Association to Regionals: Top 30 individuals and top 5 teams in each age division will advance to the Region 7 Championships. The Region 7 Championships will be held on November 17 in Dekalb, IL .
SPECATORS:

No Pets. Please leave all pets at home. We have had issues of dogs getting lose in the past and tripping runners.

Spectators should take great caution to not cross over the running surface during races, but if you must, please be courteous to the runners and give PLENTY of time before you cross or wait until they pass you. Please encourage others to do this as well.

Spectators should not go under or over any flagging set anywhere on the course, including the finish area.

Spectators should remain behind the areas marked on the finish stretch at all times.

Brown County Park is a LEAVE NO TRACE parks. Please take all trash with you as you leave and help by taking any you may see around.
