Entry Fees & Deadlines
  • Ontime - $10.00 by Thursday, November 7 at 11:59 pm ET
    Late (onsite) - $20.00 by 1 hour before your race
  • Enter online here  (No paper/mail-in entry forms)
    (NOTE: if you are not a current USATF member we encourage you to wait until November 1 to enter.  Why?  You can join USATF on November 1 and the membership will be valid for the remainder of 2013 as well as 2014).  
  • USATF Clubs may enter multiple athletes with one payment via the above online entry form link.
  • Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk form: each athlete (17 years and younger) must submit a printed and signed copy of the USATF Participant Waiver and Release form in order to compete.  This form should be signed by the athlete's parent or guardian and submitted at the packet pickup table.

Courses and Course Maps:
the links for the course maps are found above in the schedule.  One (1) copy of each course map will be posted on-site.  Individual copies will not be available.  If you would like a copy of the course map please print it and bring it with you.

The 4 km races will follow the blue arrows (which are the for the 5 km course).  After approx. 3500m the course will leave the 5 km course but will continue to follow the temporary green arrows to the finish.

The 3 km races will follow the yellow arrows (these are permanent markers on the course).

The 2 km races will follow the red arrows.

1st-3rd place - Medals
4th-20th place (youth divisions only) - Ribbons

There will not be a formal awards ceremony.  Athletes in the 2 km and 3 km races (Sub-bantam, Bantam, and Midget divisions) will be given there awards in the finish line chute.  Runners in the 4 km races (Open, Masters, Youth, Intermediate, and Young divisions) can pickup their awards at the Awards table near the barn building (just north of the finish line).

  • USATF competition rules will be followed.  
  • Athletes are not permitted to wear headphones during competition.
  • Dogs and other animals are not permitted in the competition area (including any spectating areas).
