Davis selected as December Athlete of the Month

Jesse Davis, 40, of Indianapolis has been named the USATF Indiana Athlete of the Month for December 2021. 

On December 11, Davis won the national masters 40-44 title at the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships.  Davis ran 32:56 over the 10 km course to outrun Peter Gilmore of California by 17 seconds. 

His win helped the newly created Indiana Elite AC win the national 40+ team title.  Backing up his low stick were John Poray (9th 40-44, 34:29), Bryan Lindsay (13th 40-44, 34:49), Thomas Burns (20th 40-44, 35:23), and Jasen Ritter (9th 45-49, 35:53).
