Jaret Carpenter of Indianapolis ran 2:16:39 at the Monumental Marathon; placing fifth in the men's race; qualifying for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Marathon. Damon Clements of Crawfordsville won three events in the masters 65-69 division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. He won the Seymour, Carmel, and Columbus classics. Lucy Dobbs of Indianapolis finished third at the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon in Indianapolis. Her time of 2:36:33 was a career best by over four minutes and qualified her for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Marathon. Earlier in the month she finished second at the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships running 17:26. Angelina Ellis of Zionsville won the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships running 16:49. Brieanne Fleming of New Albany won three events in the open division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. She won the Seymour, Carmel, and Columbus classics. Toussaint Hall of Indianapolis won two events in the 9-10 boys division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. He won the Seymour and Columbus classics. Cynthia Harris of Indianapolis won three events in the masters 50-54 division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. She won the Seymour, Carmel, and Columbus classics. She also ran 3:43:45 at the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon the day before winning the Columbus Classic. James Harris of Indianapolis won two events in the masters 55-59 division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. He won the Seymour and Columbus classics. He also finished second in the 50-54 division at the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships. Jessica Hegedus of Avon finished 10th at the Indiana State High School Championships; running 17:58. Sterling Howard of Fishers won two events in the 9-10 girls division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. She won the Carmel and Columbus classics. Caleb Kerr of Zionsville won the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships in a time of 15:07. He also ran 2:18:39 at the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon; placing 13th in the men's race. Joshua Knight of Columbus won two events in the masters 45-49 division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. He won the Seymour and Carmel classics. Addison Knoblauch of Fort Wayne finished fourth at the Indiana State High School Championships to lead her to team to the team title. Her time was 17:38. Lucie Mays-Sulewski, 53, of Westfield ran 19:07 at the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships to win the 50-54 division. Her age grade performance (88.15%) was the best amongst the all of the master's participants. At the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon she ran 2:58:39. Jason Newport, 52, of Avon ran 18:07 at the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships to win the 50-54 division. His age grade performance of 81.97% was the best amongst the master's mens participants. Margaret Powers of Fishers finished 12th at the Indiana State High School Championships running 18:04. Josefina Rastrelli of Warsaw finished 11th at the Indiana State High School Championships running 18:03. Maddalena Rocchio of Indianapolis finished 19th at the Indiana State High School Championships running 18:16. Julia Score of Noblesville finished third at the Indiana State High School Championships; running 17:24. Samuel Tripper of Brownsburg won two events in the 15-18 boys division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. He won the Seymour and Columbus classics. DeAnne Weaver of Columbus won three events in the masters 60-64 division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix. She won the Seymour, Carmel, and Columbus classics. She also won the 60-64 division at the USATF Indiana 5 km Championships. Aliyah Yorek of Fishers won three events in the 11-12 girls division in the Hoosier Cross Country Grand Prix.
