Organizing a quality event takes many people. WIthout the support of volunteers we could not offer your child the quality experience we all want for them. Please consider volunteering on June 15-16. There are many different time slots and areas we need your assistance in. To volunteer please send an email with your name and the days and times you would be available. Back to Top

On-time entry must be completed on or before June 11th at 10:00 PM EST. Fees are $8 per event and $32 per relay. *Note that Combined events will not be contested at the Indiana Association Championships.

Where order is not specified, order will be youngest to oldest and girls followed by boys. For the throwing events, based on the number of competitors, the divisions may be combined (contested together). Back to Top
Implements will be provided. If you would like to use your own implement, they must be inspeced by 10 AM on the day of competition. Back to Top
There will be separate check-in areas for Running and Field events. Athletes must check in at these designated areas at first call for the age group and event. All athletes will be required to remain in the designated warm-up areas after checking in. Back to Top
All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition and on the front on their jerseys only. If an athlete loses their bib number, a replacement can be purchased for a fee of $10.00. Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes in their team packets or individual folders for unattached athletes at the packet pick-up area. Back to Top
There will be a $100.00 fee for all protests. Protests must be submitted to the Protest Referee at once and not later than 30 minutes after a result has been announced. The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld. Back to Top
USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top three (3) individuals and the top three (3) relay teams in each event of each age division. Back to Top
$10.00 - 1 day pass $15.00 - 2 day pass If you lose your band, you will pay to get another one. Please keep it on. Back to Top
Only those coaches whose name appears on the Coaches Registry by June 11, 2019 will be admitted free. Otherwise they must pay the admission fee ($10) and will not be allowed on the track or field, and will not receive the coach’s band. Back to Top
Coolers: Coolers will be allowed in the stadium. However, we would like to encourage teams to eat in the designated “tailgate/tent city”. The track is visible from this area. Each club/athlete is responsible for cleaning up their areas. Tents: Tents are NOT permitted in the stands. They may be setup in the designated “tent city” area. Back to Top
The top 8 individuals and relay teams in each event of each age division will advance to the USATF Region 7 Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships to be held July 11-14, 2019 Joliet, Illinois. The USATF National Junior Olympic Championships will be held July 22-28 in Sacremento, CA. The top five athletes at the Region 7 Championships will qualify for the National Championships (in combined events the top two athletes will qualify). Back to Top
