2020 Noblesville Classic / Hoosier XC Grand Prix

General (all attendees)

• Masks must be worn at all times and social-distancing precautions must be adhered to
• In order to keep site numbers lower, we are requesting the following 
  • that each participant only brings a maximum of 2 family members to the event.
  • within 30 minutes of the completion of the athlete’s race they should leave the Northview Church campus
• Parents and spectators are not permitted within 100 meters of the start/finish line area (at all times)
• Before arrival at the event, all athletes and other attendees self-certify they do not have a temperature of 100.4º or higher and do not have any symptoms related to COVID.  

Athletes

• Athletes must bring their own water (water will not be provided by the race)
• Athletes should arrive at the start line not earlier than 5 minutes before race time
• one coach per team may accompany their teams to the starting line
• Masks are required in the start and finish area.  Masks may be removed when on course.  The athlete should carry their mask with them during the race.

• No Pets.  Please leave all pets at home.  We have had issues of dogs getting loose in the past and tripping runners.
• Spectators should take great caution to not cross over the running surface during races, but if you must, please be courteous to the runners and give PLENTY of time before you cross or wait until they pass you. Please encourage others to do this as well.
• Spectators should not go under or over any flagging set anywhere on the course, including the finish area.
• Spectators should remain behind the areas marked on the finish stretch at all times.
• Please take all trash with you as you leave and help by taking any you may see around.

• Athletes of all ages are eligible to compete in this event.  
• Only USATF Indiana members will earn Hoosier XC Grand Prix points.
