The 2024 USATF Indiana Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 29 (12 p.m.) at Launch Fishers (12175 Visionary Way, Fishers, IN 46037).

All USATF Indiana members are invited to attend and participate in the meeting. The annual meeting provides a forum to voice opinions, ask questions, and get involved with the various committees that make up USATF Indiana.

During the meeting the association will also seek individuals interested in serving on the various sport and administrative committees.

ELECTIONS / NOMINATIONS

Per the USATF Indiana bylaws, elections will be held for six (6) Board of Director positions. The elections will be conducted according to the USATF Indiana bylaws.

Board of Director members should have considerable training and competition experience as an athlete, coach, official, trainer, physician or administrator in the sport of Athletics.

The job descriptions for the officer positions can be found in Article 10 of the USATF Indiana bylaws.

Those interested in running for one of the board positions shoud complete the nominations form (via the link below) on or before September 22 (11:59 PM).

The names of those that submit the nominations form will appear on the printed ballot. Nominations will be accepted from the floor. The names of those who are nominated from the floor will be added individually by the voter as a "write-in" candidate.

Board of Director candidates must attend the meeting in-person and present a candidate's speech that lasts no more than three (3) minutes.

OFFICER ELECTIONS

If you are a current or prospective Board of Director member and are interested in running for an officer's position (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, or Secretary), then you need to notify the president or the nominations chair by September 22, (11:59am). In your notification, please signify which position you are running for. You may only run for one position.
