2025 USATF Indiana Annual Meeting

The 2025 USATF Indiana Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 21 (noon - 4 p.m.) at Indiana University Indianapolis (301 University Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46202 - Boardroom #1006, First Floor).

All USATF Indiana members are invited to attend and participate in the meeting.  The annual meeting provides a forum to voice opinions, ask questions, and get involved with the various committees that make up USATF Indiana.

During the meeting, the association will also seek individuals interested in serving on the various sport and administrative committees.
 

ELECTIONS / NOMINATIONS

Per the USATF Indiana bylaws, elections will be held for six (6) Board of Directors positions. The elections will be conducted according to the USATF Indiana bylaws.  
 
Board of Directors member is a member of the association who has been duly elected to serve on the representative body of USATF Indiana. Board of Directors members should have considerable training and competition experience as an athlete, coach, official, trainer, physician, or administrator in the sport of Athletics.

The requirements and responsibilities of a Board of Director member can be found in Article 8, Section J and Article 9 of the USATF Indiana bylaws.

Those interested in running for one of the board positions must complete the nomination form (available via the link below) by September 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM.  
   
Board of Directors candidates must attend the meeting in person and present a candidate speech lasting no more than three (3) minutes.
